This program is open to for-profit, privately held businesses located in the Saskatoon or Regina regions that meet specific requirements including: Incorporated for a minimum of two years; Employ fewer than 150 employees; Generate annual revenue between $1 million and $50 million. Upscale is a fully tailored experience – not a traditional incubator and is designed around your company’s specific priorities and challenges.
