The Yorkton Film Festival has announced the first round of nominations for the 2026 Golden Sheaf Awards, and delegate passes are now on sale.
Continuing a 79-year legacy as Canada’s leading platform for cinematic excellence, the Yorkton Film Festival is pleased to share the results of its first round of judging.
Nominees have been announced in 17 main categories including new categories for Best Feature and Best Podcast, alongside technical and accompanying awards.
The remaining nominations will be announced in April for additional craft categories and the Ruth Shaw — Best of Saskatchewan award.
