Telefilm Canada is organizing the Canada Pavilion at the new TIFF: The Market, which runs from September 10-16, 2026. Located in the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the Canada Pavilion will offer Canadians with a Market Badge meeting tables on a first come, first served basis as well as exclusive programming aimed at promoting the Canadian film industry to international delegates.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Canada Pavilion at TIFF: The Market, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-The applicant must be a Canadian controlled entity within the meaning of the Investment Canada Act;
-The primary activity of the participant must be related to the film, television, or new media industry;.
-The participants must be accredited for TIFF: The Market.
During the TIFF: The Market, Canadian participants registered for the Canada Pavilion will have access to a range of onsite services designed to support business activities and foster industry connections. These amenities are provided to ensure a productive and comfortable experience throughout the event.
