Canada Media Fund has unveiled their CMF INDIGENOUS ACTION PLAN 2026 – 2029 Answering the Call.
“It’s built upon seven priorities, including prioritizing Indigenous ownership and narrative sovereignty; strengthening Indigenous production and creation capacity; enhancing Indigenous participation in CMF programs; amplifying visibility of Indigenous content; demonstrating institutional allyship across the screen sector; advancing Indigenous data sovereignty; and increasing engagement and representation across the organization.”
