The Changing Narratives Fund is a new fund initiated by the Department of Canadian Heritage to support creators from Diverse Communities, including Indigenous, Black, racialized, ethno-religious minorities, Persons with disabilities/ Disabled persons and 2SLGBTQ+ communities.
Guidelines for the second and third disbursements of the Government of Canada’s Changing Narratives Fund will be published on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
The CMF will begin accepting funding requests through the program on Tuesday, July 15.
