One hundred years ago, on a dark night in Ontario’s Kawartha Lakes, lives were changed forever.
On July 20th, 1926, a group of young men and their camp leaders set out on the water in their war canoe — and were swallowed by a storm that would test the very limits of human courage, sacrifice, and camaraderie.
Brotherhood returns to the big screen for a special 100th anniversary screening. A Canadian Screen Award-winning drama directed by Richard Bell and starring Brendan Fehr, Brendan Fletcher, Jake Manley, Spencer MacPherson, Gage Munroe and Dylan Everett — this is filmmaking that doesn’t just tell history.
