Barbershop Films and Tandem X Visuals have announced an official merger, forming a single integrated production company with offices across western Canada. Their announcement states that “Barbershop Films acquires Tandem X visuals to meet the momentum of Saskatchewan and Western Canada’s creative economies.”
The combined company brings 19 team members and production offices in Regina, Saskatoon, and Vancouver.
The merger unites Barbershop’s 20-year track record in Saskatchewan, producing industry-leading content for some of Canada’s most recognized organizations withTandem X’s seven years of deep Saskatchewan production experience. The result is a company with the institutional knowledge and production infrastructure of an established national firm, and the creative energy and ground-level presence of a team that has spent years earning its reputation in this province.
