WORKSHOPS

The Story Intensive with Liz Levine

July 25, 2026

Ready to understand your story — and how to tell it?

Whether you’re a filmmaker, writer, performer, podcaster, or creative building your voice in any medium, The Story Intensive is a focused, in-person weekend designed to help you get clearer on who you are, what you’re making, and why it matters.  Join award-winning producer, author, and former film/tv executive, Liz Levine, for a rare and intimate experience in Regina focused on mentorship, story, and creative development.

Liz has worked across Canadian film, television, and publishing — including jPod, Two Sentence Horror Stories, Hudson and Rex, Ruby and the Well, Story of a Girl and a feature film starring Christopher Walken — and has helped shape the careers of writers, actors, and creators across the country.

This is not a traditional workshop. It’s a working session built around honest conversation, practical insight, and direct access to industry experience.

Over the weekend, we’ll explore:

  • The artist’s own story — how your identity shapes your creative choices
  • Pitching and articulating your vision — finding the language for what you’re making and why
  • Peer discussion and group dynamic — honest, generative conversation in a trusted room
  • Feedback sessions — constructive, respectful, and actually usable

Who it’s for: Writers, filmmakers, performers, podcasters, and creatives at any stage who are serious about their work and where it’s going next.
