Tracey Doyle

CAVCO – Manager, Policy

Tracey has been the policy manager at the Canadian Audio-Visual Certification Office (CAVCO) since 2008. CAVCO co-administers two federal tax credit programs with the Canada Revenue Agency: the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit program and the Film or Video Production Services Tax Credit program. Prior to joining CAVCO she spent five years working in the Canadian Culture Online program (also at the Department of Canadian Heritage) and four years with the Canadian Media Producers Association.

 

Daryl Ostopowich

CAVCO – Senior Tax Credit Officer

Daryl has been with CAVCO since 2018. At CAVCO, he is responsible for assessing whether a production meets the requirements for certification through the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit program (CPTC) or the Film or Video Production Services Tax Credit program (PSTC). Prior to joining CAVCO, Daryl worked as a Senior Program Advisor with Canadian Identity programs since 2002 (also at the Department of Canadian Heritage) providing funding for communities across the Western Region for programs such as Canada’s Sesqui-centennial (the 150th Anniversary of Canada), the 2010 Olympics and the Olympic Torch Relay across Canada, National Multiculturalism Day, and Canada Day.
