The Department of Canadian Heritage is inviting stakeholders across the cultural industries to participate in a National Survey on the Cultural Sector’s Readiness for Artificial Intelligence. The survey will help inform the development of the new $50 million Creative Technology Program to help the cultural sector adapt to technological change. The program was announced in June as part of the government’s national artificial intelligence strategy, AI for All.
We encourage members to complete this survey and consider amplifying our message that funding should be directed toward industry stakeholders, rather than technology companies or academic institutions.
The deadline to complete the survey is September 15.
