ScreenSask’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Saskatoon Club in Saskatoon.
As part of this year’s AGM, members in good standing will have the opportunity to vote electronically in advance for available Board of Directors positions.
Online voting will open July 7, 2026, and remain available until July 28, 2026. Electronic ballots will be sent only to members in good standing. Election results will be announced at the AGM.
If you would like to vote in the election and participate in the governance of ScreenSask, now is the time to verify that your membership is current and in good standing. Only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.
If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact the ScreenSask office or log in to your member account to confirm that your membership has been renewed.
Additional information regarding Board nominations, candidate information, and electronic voting procedures will be distributed to eligible members in the coming weeks.
