Scout Media is a social content company out of Saskatoon.
For four years, they’ve produced short-form video and photo for local businesses in the Saskatoon area. They are now expanding into Regina, and are building a roster of freelance creators to shoot that content on the ground.
This is freelance work, paid per client, and it will grow as Scout signs more businesses in Regina. A typical job is a single shoot at a client’s location where you capture a batch of video and photo, then edit it into content that’s ready to post.
Local businesses, real settings, working fast on your own rather than with a full crew.
Scout is looking for creators who shoot both video and photo, own their gear, edit their own work for short-form platforms, and are comfortable running solo on a quick turnaround. If you’re a seasoned film or television pro after crewed productions and day rates, this likely isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay. This is social-first content work with a different rhythm.
If that sounds like you, Scout would love to see your work.
