Now Hiring: Post-Production Coordinator (Remote / In-Office) – BAMBOO SHOOTS – TV series

Are you the “organizational engine” that thrives on keeping creative projects on track? We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics of our busy post department!

This is a logistical role focused on scheduling, vendor management, and asset delivery. If you love Excel, clean workflows, and ensuring every deliverable hits its mark, we want to hear from you.

The Role at a Glance

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Maintain master schedules, track milestones (Picture Lock, Color, Sound), and coordinate screenings.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for freelance editors and sound designers.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the pipeline from raw footage intake to final master delivery.
  • The Goal: Keep the bridge between Production and Editorial seamless and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a post-production environment (Agency/Boutique experience is a plus).
  • Excel Mastery: You are highly proficient with formulas and tracking sheets.
  • Tech Literacy: You understand the basics of post-workflows (codecs, frame rates, Frame.io).
  • Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

Note: This is a Coordinator role (logistics/management), not an Assistant Editor role (technical/syncing).

You would be working under a post supervisor and head of post department

Possibilities for growth to full Supervisory position based on performance and onboarding of further TV series.
