Douglas Luciuk is a Saskatoon-based filmmaker and director whose debut feature film, Welcome to Kittytown (2024), screened internationally including at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFFF) and has received multiple festival awards, including Best Feature Film at the Moose Jaw Film Festival. Working from a background in music production and post-production sound, Douglas often works across multiple creative roles on his films, including editing, colour, and composing original music. He is currently developing new independent feature film projects in Saskatchewan.
