TELUS provides a range of production funding opportunities for content creators and film producers of varying experience and interests. While many of Telus’ funding programs are limited to B.C. and Alberta filmmakers, TELUS Independent is a pilot project open to established Canadian documentary producers living in all parts of the country.

– Exhibition on TELUS Optik TV (SVOD) and digital platforms
Financing: Non-recoupable license fee and potential access to CMF envelope

– A 3-8 page description of your project
– A statement of the project’s relevance to Canadian and international audiences
– Bios of any attached key creative team members
– A statement of producer/director connection to the subject matter and/or the communities you seek to represent
